Welcome to Nicole Taylor - Notary Public. By using our notary and mobile notary services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
We offer in-person notary services and mobile notary services within Tarrant County. Services include, but are not limited to, document notarization, acknowledgments, jurats, and other legally recognized notarial acts.
Clients must provide valid, unexpired government-issued identification for all parties requiring notarization. All documents must be complete before the notarial act. We reserve the right to refuse service if identification cannot be verified or if the document is incomplete or appears fraudulent. Clients must ensure the presence of all signers during the notarial act.

All notarizations are carried out in compliance with Texas notarial procedures. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a notary service, feel free to contact me.
Fees are charged in accordance with Texas state law. Mobile notary services may incur additional travel fees based on distance. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and electronic payments. A receipt will be provided upon request.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided for completed notarial acts. If we are unable to complete a notarization due to client error (e.g., lack of valid identification or incomplete documents), a fee may still apply.
We are not responsible for the content, legality, or validity of documents notarized. Our services are limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures. We do not provide legal advice or ensure the legal effect of notarized documents. Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of their documents prior to notarization.
We respect your privacy and will not share personal information without your consent, except as required by law. Personal data collected during the notarial process is securely stored and used solely for service delivery and legal compliance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
