General Notary Services
We offer standard notarization services for documents such as deeds, powers of attorney, and more.

Acknowledgments
We notarize acknowledgments, which verify the identity of the signer and confirm that they have signed a document willingly.
Jurats
Jurats require the signer to swear or affirm the truthfulness of the document's contents.
Verifications
We notarize verifications, where the signer declares under oath that the statements in a document are true.
Protests
We issue notarial protests for negotiable instruments such as checks and promissory notes that have been dishonored.
Depositions
We notarize depositions, which are sworn testimonies taken outside of court and used for legal proceedings.
Certified Copies of Non-Recordable Documents
We provide certified copies of original documents that are not publicly recorded, such as passports, contracts, and personal records.
Mobile Notary Services
If you need us to come to your location, we offer mobile notary services. Our pricing includes travel and convenience for your schedule:
- Travel Fee: $40 within Tarrant County. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area.
- After-Hours Surcharge: $45 for any notarizations after 6 PM or on weekends.
Legal Compliance
We strictly adhere to Texas notary laws and regulations to ensure all documents are legally compliant. Our services meet all the requirements for valid notarization under the Texas Government Code and other state-specific guidelines.
